On Vacation?
How can someone be on vacation this long you are asking yourselves.... Well - I've been here, but I haven't been posting. I have been busy taking care of kids and entertaining visitors from out of town. I have still had time to create though - so I am going to post my latest.
First will be a scrapbook page. We are going to use it for an upcoming activity for Young Women's. They have had girls' camp and youth conference this summer and today they are boating (without me....) and so they are going to scrapbook their pages. I get to design the boating page and I was really excited because I get to use my new stamp set on it!!! The page is still a work in progress, but I thought it would be fun to show you.

The second is something we are doing for our secret grandma's. It is a post-it note holder. The patterned paper is some free stuff that Darlene gave me. I found that it matches PERFECTLY with Stampin' Up's in colors for this year. The Soft Sky and Wild Wasabi were PERFECT for it... :) It is really cute and I love how it turned out. I can't wait to make these with the girls!

My latest shower invitations
Here are the two latest shower invitations I have made. I think I made at least 125 of the pink and black ones and I am currently making 75 of these blue ones. The blue one isn't QUITE finished yet. I need to put a small knotted piece of the striped Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Up! grosgrain ribbon in the center of the flower. I am posting these now (both are a bit rough) so my sister-in-law Jill can see them since she has to make some invitations of her own this week!

Accordian Mini-Envelope Album
I worked on this until way too late last night... Now you can see how I chose the name of "midnight stamper!" I saw this idea in several places on the internet and decided to create one of my own. I might use this as one of the projects I'll teach in a class later on this month. I really like how it turned out!

Here is a small preview of some of the accordian pages. The inserts inside the envelopes can have pictures... recipes.... autographs from school friends....

I thought I'd start my first post out with a picture of my latest projects. There are four young women graduating in my ward this year. I made them a card (of course) and then a little gratitude journal. I especially liked how the cards turned out. I used my Cuttlebug (which embosses the card stock) and I liked the added texture.
